Given the comprehensiveness of services that are being offered to the beneficiaries, Oum el Nour has recruited over the years a multidisciplinary team capable of providing the beneficiaries with high quality of care and services. Oum el Nour staff has a much valuable experience in the field of drug addiction where almost 30% of the staff has been working in the organization for more than 10 years. Today, Oum el Nour’s team includes 56 staff members and 2 consultants distributed across the main services: Administration, Prevention Department and Treatment Department (Reception Center, Rehabilitation Center, Follow-up Center, and Parents’ Guidance Program).
